Adrien Dhondt is a young and upcoming star of Champagne. Base vintage 2013 with 30% reserve wines from a solera kept since 1986. The solera adds a bit of maturity to this fresh zingy wine; like Emma Watson in the arms of George Clooney. It is elegant with apricots, almond skins, peach flowers and brioche.
