2016 Clos des Rocs, 'En Chantone', Pouilly-Loché'

Pouilly-Loché is a small underrated white wine appellation of the Mâconnais region of Burgundy. The estate prides itself on fully organic processes from start to finish. All grapes are manually harvested and fermented with only indigenous yeasts. This wine has generous yellow fruits, toasted almonds, and fresh rain on gravel. It’s rich yet fresh, generous yet focused.
