"I always say, James’ food is not as good without my wines! But I think he might disagree. With the current menu for your & Home experience, I have selected bottles of wine that will be great for the whole entire menu or in any combination you choose.
You can either start with Champagne and follow by a white or red - Or you can skip the Champagne and have a white to start and a red to follow. As the leaves on the trees change colour and we bring out our jackets, the whites I have chosen are autumnal and rich but still remains fresh as we hold onto a bit of fresh herbs on our menu. This is my favourite time of year for reds; they are adapted to the season of truffles, mushrooms and snuggles by the fire.

Husband and wife team James Knappett and Sandia Chang co-founded Kitchen Table in 2012. James is Executive Head Chef, while Sandia is Master Sommelier.
James has worked at some of the world’s most highly-regarded restaurants. He has previously spent time in the kitchens at The Ledbury, worked under Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road and Rick Stein’s, The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow. During four years spent abroad, James spent time in the kitchens at Noma and Thomas Keller’s NYC restaurant, Per Se.
